Lanitis to de-list after takeover

SHARES IN Cypriot Coca-Cola bottler Lanitis Bros will be suspended from March 20 pending its de-listing from the Cyprus bourse after its takeover by Greece’s CCHBC , the stock exchange said yesterday. Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Co. (CCHBC) mounted the bid for Lanitis through Cypriot subsidiary 3E (Cyprus). It owned 95.53 percent of Lanitis, the exchange said in a statement. By law, shares must be de-listed if a concentration of stock exceeds 70 percent. CCHBC is 24 percent-owned by Coca-Cola Co. .
