UNFICYP issue hunt warning

THE UNITED Nations Forces in Cyprus (UNFICYP) yesterday reissued a statement reminding hunters that pursuing their sport in the Green Line is strictly prohibited.
UNFICYP further warned hunters this year to take all protective measures and practise every caution whilst hunting.

“In the past, some hunters resorted to using dangerous ammunition and that was a threat not only to other hunters but also to UNFICYP patrol personnel.
