Through music, there is much to learn

Parents are always looking for fun things to get their kids involved in where they can learn, express themselves and socialise.

One such opportunity will be offered from February 10 when the Youth Foundation in Larnaca will offer an alternative music workshop for children from three to 12-years-old, led by music teacher Salome Paraskeva Elia.

By using music and games, the 50-minute workshops will give all children involved a safe and creative environment to imagine, get inspired, discover, explore and express their feelings and ideas, all through learning.

Workshops will be offered every Wednesday afternoon starting from 4pm for children from three to six-years-old, who should be accompanied by parents. Then at 5pm it is the turn of children from six to nine-years-old and the last group is for children from nine to 12-years-old, which starts at 6pm.

Although the workshop is in Greek, Elia welcomes English speaking children to join in the fun.
