Death fall

AN 87-year-old woman died yesterday after falling from a staircase in Paphos. Maria Charalambous was found at 11am outside the Yeroskipou old age home where she was living and was rushed to the Paphos General Hospital where she died from skull injuries sustained in the fall.

Police say it would appear Charalambous fell from the outer staircase on the third floor.
