Watch out for bag snatchers

LIMASSOL police yesterday urged citizens to be on the lookout for a team of drive-by bag snatchers operating in the area after two incidents were reported on Thursday.
Stella Christofi, 36, told police she was walking along Andreas Zaimis Street when a man driving a white car without number plates grabbed her bag and sped off, while 80-year-old Evanthia Zamboglou lost her bag in a similar fashion when it was snatched by the passenger of a black car.
