Blueberry Salsa
Serves 4

2 cups blueberries
1/2 medium red onion, diced
2 Jalapenos, seeded and minced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
3 tbsp cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup lime juice
1 tsp Kosher salt

l Coarsely chop 1.5 cups blueberries
l In a bowl, combine the chopped and whole berries and the remaining ingredients
l Let stand for one hour in the fridge and serve
