QXCI is the acronym for Quantum Xrroid Conscious Interface, a safe, powerful bio-feedback/bioresonance device developed by Professor Bill Nelson. Limassol-based Dr Igor Cetojevic found it in South Africa in 2001 and travelled to Budapest to meet its inventor, prior to investing. Using QXCI in conjunction with his formal and complementary medical qualifications, Dr Igor produces remarkable results for his patients.
I first met Dr Igor in October 2003 and marvelled at the information readily available to him, using QXCI on his laptop computer at the Soma Centre, Pissouri. The logic and versatility of this most advanced computerised biofeedback device is outstanding.
First, it’s important to know that Dr Cetojevic is abundantly qualified: he graduated from the Medical University of Sarajevo in 1988 and then went on to study Chinese Traditional Medicine in Beijing and Magnetotherapy at the Indian Institute of New Delhi. Safe hands into which to entrust one’s health.
What is it supposed to do
The device gathers bio-energetic data from the client via head, ankle and wrist-band receptors. It sorts and prioritises the data and then tests the client’s own energetic reactivity to a wide range of health issues. It provides the practitioner with an accurate picture of the person’s health and allows him to offer precise wellness advice. “The body itself is energy,” Dr Igor maintains. “Therefore, working with energy is ultimately the best and most effective form of creating wellness.”
QXCI tests and treats areas of stress and imbalance on all levels by using EPR (Electrical Physiological Reactivity). Because each human body functions using its own electricity, everything in the body (viruses, parasites, organs, hormones, degeneration, trauma, etc) can be measured by responses to impedance, amperage, voltage, capacitance, inductance and frequencies – all common terms in electrical parlance.
What benefits does it claim
In a nutshell, it offers the fastest, most accurate way of understanding ‘cause and effect’ of disease and ultimately a ‘cure’. Clients come to Dr Igor with a diversity of complaints from migraine headaches to stomach disorders, food intolerance and allergies to nerve pain and stress. A friend of mine attends as part of her ongoing traditional cancer treatment; another had his parasites zapped just a few weeks ago.
In my understanding, there is almost no disease, ailment or physical imbalance that the QXCI cannot access, quantify and explore, examining symptoms to find the main cause of the loss of wellness. According to Dr Igor, “it safely and effectively induces the necessary changes required to reverse the stages of disease and create balance of mind, body and spirit.”
Is there any science behind it
Briefly Professor Nelson spent more than 20 years researching the system. The unique medical software program allows the computer to both give and receive signals, so it can evaluate and alter therapy as it progresses. Using the QXCI, Dr Igor can apply any one of many therapeutic programmes including homoeopathy, neural linguistic programming, nutritional therapy, electro-acupuncture, allergy desensitisation, etc..
The system measures 16 different standard electrical parameters of the body beyond just simple resistance.
What is it like
Dr Igor terms himself a ‘health teacher’ – it’s inscribed on the plaque in Greek as you enter the clinic. You sit in a chair, the receptors are attached and the system projects the program onto the wall. It’s fascinating! If you have health concerns, you may broach the subject. “A patient with symptoms is not necessarily ill; a patient without symptoms is not necessarily healthy,” Dr Igor explained.

Complex, but what the system is actually doing is using your bio-feedback, turning it around into healing electrical charges; helping the body heal itself. Dr Igor explains throughout what is happening and highlights information on the screen as it’s received. This may take up to one and half hours: some people may feel a slight tingling sensation.
At the end you receive a print-out of the major areas to work on yourself. For some this may also include affirmations for daily use, others nutritional supplements that your body lacks. For severe disease/symptoms, expect to need more than one treatment.
