Hellenic unveils new board members

HELLENIC Bank yesterday announced the appointment of Andreas Moushiouttas as the new vice-chairman of the board to replace Constantinos Loizides, who resigned earlier this month after shareholders began expressing their concerns over increased bad debts provisions that were affecting the bank’s profitability. The bank also appointed Andreas Panayiotou, a former minister, and Demetris Eliades as new board members.
