Chicken a la King
Serves 4

1-kilo chicken fillet, cut into small strips
2 red peppers, cut into strips
200 grams sliced mushrooms
1 coffee cup of white wine
½ litre of fresh cream
Onions, finely cut
Salt
Pepper

l Fry chicken with a little butter until golden, then empty on to a plate.
l Fry the onion, mushrooms and peppers all together until soft.
l Return the chicken to the pan with the vegetables and the wine and boil until the chicken is cooked.
l At the end, add the cream, salt and pepper. Leave for a further five minutes.
