BROWNIES WITH STRAWBERRIES

120g butter
5 eggs
250g sugar
70g cocoa powder
80g flour
230g dark chocolate, melted
200g fresh strawberries

l Beat the butter with the sugar until thick and pale. Using a wooden spoon, fold in the cocoa powder and the flour. Stir in the melted chocolate.
l Spoon mixture into a greased baking tray. Scatter halved strawberries over the mixture and bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes.
