Cocktail of the week with Fabrizio Musorella

Fab Celebration
During my career in bartending, I have created many cocktails either for fun or for competitions, for regular customers, even celebrities and for friends and family always using the same extra ingredient, Passion. Today I want to take the opportunity, on the occasion of my birthday, to create a cocktail and dedicate it to myself. Since it is one of my favourite spirits, as an alcoholic base for my recipe I will use the smoky, vanilla flavour of aged rum mixed with pear nectar and, for a perfect balance, a crown of fresh berries. Salute!
Ingredients
4cl Bacardi (8 years old)
6cl pear nectar
2 fresh blackberries
2 fresh raspberries
1 strawberry
1cl fresh cream
1 digestive biscuit
Preparation
Cut the berries and place them into a glass bowl with the fresh cream and muddle them.
Into a highball filled with ice, pour the rum and the pear nectar and stir it. Add more ice if necessary. With a spoon, carefully place the mixture of berries over the top of the drink so that it float. Garnish with a sprinkle of crushed digestive biscuits. Best enjoyed with a straw.
