Praise for Paphos General

Dear Sir,

I would like to pass on my thanks and appreciation to the staff at Paphos General Hospital. On June 22, I was taken to the Casualty Dept suffering from lower stomach pains. Within 10 minutes I was diagnosed with peritonitis caused by a ruptured appendix and just over two hours later I was taken to theatre for an operation.

The hospital’s quick response prevented any further complications arising. I am most grateful to the cheerful nursing staff who monitored me on a regular basis and kept my medication topped up, to the surgeon and junior doctors who visited the ward on a daily basis.

It’s good to have a success story to relate.
