If it’s the Marks and Spencer quality that you want even when it comes to your luggage then you’re gonna like this. Although they have an impressive range of suitcases, small and big, I had my eye on this one, not because it’s particularly pretty but because I could tell it’s practical. With a capacity of 50 litres that increases by almost 20 per cent with extra pockets, side handle and lock, it’s a bargain.

Suitcases are an integral part of the LV collections and are quite popular despite their hot prices. Known for long-life durability (my dad bought one before I was born and still uses it), this will have you thinking it isn’t possible to guarantee even more longevity. Made of state-of the-art polycarbonate, the Graviton suitcase is a hard back trolley/suitcase, with four wheels instead of your typical two. Available in black and three different sizes.

Lacoste at Costas Theodorou
If we’re going to talk about style, Lacoste has the smart sporty thing wrapped up but still manages to offer a little something extra. This rucksack/trolley bag is absolutely gorgeous. Although at first glance it looks like a slightly big gym bag, tucked in at either side are two wheels and a handle bar. Perfect for any occasion, also available in red and various other sizes.
