Cool weather for the weekend

CYPRIOTS can look forward to a cooler weekend, with temperatures today and tomorrow predicted to be lower than normal for this time of year.

According to the Meteorological Services yesterday, Cyprus will be affected by a bad weather system that is currently sweeping over Greece and they warned there could even be downfalls in certain areas.

Today it is expected to be around 30 degrees on the inland and 28 degrees in coastal towns, while tomorrow the weather will be cloudy, with a few isolated storms.
