Who will protect the Serbs?

Sir,
You reported on January 19 that “EU urges Cyprus and Greece to rethink position on Kosovo”.

But isn’t it NATO, the EU and all the others involved that should rethink?
The UN resolution 1244 of 1999 when this unnecessary war finally ended said that the UN guaranteed the existing borders of Serbia.

Who will guarantee the safety of those remaining Serbs, those who haven’t already been killed or driven away? Who will guarantee the safety of churches, monasteries and graveyards? And who will be responsible for the thousands of Serbian refugees? Serbia or the EU?
