More baggage on BA

BRITISH AIRWAYS has re-introduced its two-piece hand baggage allowance for customers transferring through and departing from Heathrow, as well as a number of other UK airports.

Commenting, Marianna Trokoudes, British Airways Country Commercial Manager Cyprus said: “We are extremely pleased to see these restrictions lifted. We have argued for many months that the one-bag restriction was a serious inconvenience for passengers and not justified on security grounds.

“Our customers will be able to take two pieces of hand baggage when transferring through or departing from Heathrow, placing it on a level footing with airports across the rest of the world.”
