Five new ambassadors sworn in

THE NEW ambassadors of five countries yesterday presented their credentials to President Demetris Christofias at the Presidential Palace.
Christofias successively received the ambassador of Mail Moussa Diakite, the High Commissioner of Bangladesh Ahsraf Uddin, Cambodian ambassador Kiman Uch, the ambassador of Guyana Patrick Ignatius Gomes, Rwandan ambassador Ntwari Gerard, and Pakistani High Commissioner Raana Rahim.
The new ambassadors expressed their support for a just solution to the Cyprus problem.
