No laws in the wild West

There are traffic laws in Cyprus? This is the joke, surely.

I have driven for many years in many countries in the world but never have I seen such blatant disregard for traffic laws and regulations.

Driving between Peyia and Paphos — a distance of only about 15 kilometres — on any day you can witness the breaking of nearly every law in the book. The arrogance of many drivers is unbelievable.
