Health Services recall tainted baby food

 

THE HEALTH Services in co-operation with the importers of Remedia Baby Food warned consumers yesterday not to touch the following products, and to return them to where they were purchased.

The ministry said lab tests on the products were still in progress, and that only a small quantity had been distributed from the importer’s shop, Baby Premium, Shop 4B, Georgiou Avenue, Potamos Yermasoyias, Limassol. Tel 25-323305.

Last week authorities confiscated a shipment of baby powder found contaminated with a strain of bacteria potentially deadly to infants.
