The ladder to creation

Having a ladder in your tights isn’t something women are usually happy about but there could be an upside to ruining a pair of tights, and that is what the jewellery handcart workshop to be held on Wednesday plans to teach us.

The workshop, organised by the Youth for Exchange and Understanding Cyprus, will show how to make simple objects by reusing ruined tights. You wouldn’t think it but tights can be used to make key rings, bracelets, necklaces and more trinkets.

The aim of the workshop, as well as making some unique things, is to raise awareness about recycling and reusing material.
