CSE to delist Cyprus Airways share on failure to submit financial statements

The Cyprus Stock Exchange said it will delist the shares of state-owned Cyprus Airways following an approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission as the preconditions for the exchange to operate normally with respect to the loss making airline’s shares are no longer met.

The Cyprus Mail is the only English-language daily newspaper published in Cyprus.
