Acropolis’ fully renovated Alphamega hypermarket offers visitors an upgraded shopping experience in a modern, pleasant and renewed environment.

The hypermarket has been renovated as part of the supermarket chain’s ongoing efforts to lead the way in their sector and evolve, while upgrading services offered.

Nicosia’s Acropolis hypermarket was specifically designed to provide visitors with the best possible shopping experience in a more comfortable and modern environment.

The new layout in particular allows shoppers comfortably navigate the aisles, while the addition of more shelves and larger refrigerators showcases the variety of products, which in turn helps visitors make the best selections for their taste and budget.

The hypermarket’s rotisserie offers delicious home-made food, while the fully-renovated cafeteria lets visitors enjoy a meal or a drink, before or after shopping. The fresh produce section, butchery, fish market, bakery and delicatessen have also been renovated.

Digital upgrade

Meanwhile, placing great emphasis on its stores’ digital transformation, the company has also paid special attention to the digital upgrade of the Acropolis hypermarket. Self-checkouts have been installed, allowing visitors to pay for their shopping without having to wait in queues.

Digital signage screens have also been installed, letting visitors know the current offers in each of the hypermarket’s departments, the cafeteria menu, and other news. Some of the screens also have a touch function, providing extra guidance to help shoppers determine which products they need.
