In Ayia Thekla in Ayia Napa with the photographers from “This Is…”, Duncan and Jason. It’s a villa with a pool near the sea and the perfect place to hide away from the madness of Ayia Napa occasionally!

Green Bungalows pool bar and restaurant. I love it there. I always order my favourite dish, Chicken a la Crème. It’s delicious.
What food would you turn your nose up to?
Anything that has too much garlic in it

I made an omelette with ham, cheese and sweetcorn
Day or night person? What’s you perfect day/night out?
I am a 24/7 person!. A perfect night out when you work in nightlife is always when you don’t have to work the next morning. Ideally I would start my night in a bar with a couple of beers and finish it in a club (Castle Club is the best) with a bottle of Grey Goose vodka!
Favourite book ever read?
I don’t really read books! Maybe a cocktail recipe book but not fiction.
Favourite film?
Pulp Fiction because it has the best actors of the time in it and I love the theme.
Favourite holiday destination?
Taiwan. It was my very first time outside of Europe and everything was so different. It was also really cheap but everyone made you feel welcome – the people were so helpful and friendly. There are some beautiful cities there which I fell in love with. I was there to represent Cyprus in the world’s best flair bartenders competition after winning the national competition here. So, the trip was actually free. Result!

What is always in your fridge?

Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
My dream house is the one that my parents owned in Famagusta which unfortunately we lost during the Turkish invasion. Because I also teach now, I would have my own room in the house for flair bartending training.
If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
I would take my mother for a lovely meal and have a nice chat with her because I miss her every day.
If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
I would spend the day at the beach with all my family and friends with a barbecue and some nice drinks.
What is your greatest fear?
I’m scared to be unhealthy.
