Weekend mainly fine with some showers and dust

The met office is forecasting mainly fine weather for the weekend with a chance of isolated showers and light dust at intervals which will increase from Sunday evening.

Saturday will be mainly fine but increased cloud at intervals are expected to lead to isolated showers or thunderstorms. Temperatures will rise to 24 C inland on the coasts, except in the west where they will be a warmer 26 C, and around 14 C in the mountains.

The evening will be mainly fine but increased cloud may lead to scattered showers on the southern coast.

Sunday will also be mainly fine with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms while on Monday and Tuesday there will be intervals of mainly fine weather and intervals of cloud that will bring local showers or isolated thunderstorms.

Temperatures will remain at the same levels on Sunday which are close the seasonal average except for the west coast where they will be higher. Temperatures will edge up by Tuesday, although the western coast will see a drop.
