President receives Olympic committee chairman

President Nicos Anastasiades this afternoon received Chairman of the Cyprus Olympic Committee Ouranions Ioannides and congratulated him on Cyprus ranking third in the 15th Games of Small States of Europe, which were held in Luxemburg.
In a letter to the Cypriot athletes, the President stressed that in the difficult times the country is going through due to the economic crisis, the third place in the GSSE, with 28 gold medals, 29 silver and 3 bronze medals, was really a huge success.
