Nearly €5,000 worth of goods stolen by burglars

Electronic equipment and cash worth €4,700 were reported stolen from a house in Kissonerga, Paphos, police said on Tuesday.

The incident was reported by a Dutch tourist who said the equipment had been stolen between 12.30am and 8.30am.

The man told police his laptop, two cameras, a tablet, and two wallets with €500 were stolen.

Police officers found that the thief or thieves entered the house through an unlocked door.

The equipment is insured.
