Man arrested for posting nude photos of underage girl

A 24-year-old man was remanded for eight days by the Paphos court on Thursday in connection with a case of child pornography.

The suspect was arrested on Wednesday after an underage girl complained he had posted nude photos of her on a social networking site.

He was in possession of a mobile phone which was confiscated to facilitate investigations.

Another phone was found and seized at his home.

After his arrest he was questioned by the cyber crime unit of police which continues its investigation into the incident.
