Bomb scare at Nicosia school

A bomb threat was made against the A’ Technical school in Nicosia on Friday morning.

According to police, a phone call was made to the school at around 11am by an unknown person, who said there was a bomb on site.

Police proceeded to the scene, evacuated it and began an investigation of the school.

Evidence shows it is likely to be a prank call, police said.
