Two men remanded in Paphos for assault

Two men have been remanded for alleged illegal entry and assault, and causing grievous bodily harm to a 26-year-old man from the Paphos district.

The 26-year-old’s father reported on Wednesday at Stroumbi police station, alleging that the two men attacked and hit his son in his home in Kallepia.

According to the police, the incident was the result of personal differences between the 26-year-old and the two men.

The 26-year-old was transferred to the Paphos General Hospital’s emergency unit where he was treated and released.
