Road death in Limassol district

A 69-year-old woman died on Thursday after the vehicle she was driving ended up in a ditch near Parekklisia, Limassol district.

The accident happened around noon.

The fire department arrived on the scene and extracted the women from her double-cabin van.

She was rushed to hospital, where doctors pronounced her dead on arrival.

Police are investigating the precise circumstances of the incident.
