When it comes to healthcare, the French are much cleverer than the Brits

The dear old British made many mistakes during the colonial period; they also instituted many good things.  A national health service for example.
However over the years they – and perhaps those in their former colonies – have not improved on the model.  This is the point that Minister Pamboridis makes.  It is a great pity that no-one appears to have looked to the French who, bless them, are so much clever than the Brits.  The construction of their health service, speaking from bitter experience, is second to none; the examples are far too numerous to cite.  Visit France and see.
