Paphos harbour is a small ‘open port’ with limited berthing facilities. As with Latchi, there is a separate area for fishermen and pleasure boats, but it is not recommended to use this harbour for anything other than a very small yacht.
The depth varies between 1m- 4m .
The harbour is a vibrant area with a historic castle, archaeological site, restaurants, bars, cafes and kiosks. Plans are underway to build a proper marina a short distance to the west.
