A can of worms

I read the entire article on the CyTA scandal with great sadness but as we all know that this is just an indication of what has been going on.

So many were involved that I was astounded. They couldn’t have cared less who knew. Why? Until now, no one ever gets investigated, never mind about prosecution. It’s a huge can of worms. Can this government keep its word and try to clean up the endemic corruption?
