Strategic partnership between Invel Real Estate, PRODEA Investments and Ioannis Papalekas group

Invel Real Estate, PRODEA Investments and Ioannis Papalekas’ Cyprus-based YODA Group have announced that they have entered into a strategic partnership involving The Landmark Hotel in Nicosia.

The Ioannis Papalekas group has acquired part of the ownership of the hotel, alongside Invel Real Estate and PRODEA Investments.

The partnership is expected to be ratified by the end of March of 2021.

The collaboration and co-ownership of The Landmark Hotel mark the first step in a broader, ever-evolving partnership between the three parties within the hotel and tourism sector in the Mediterranean.
