Coronavirus: EAC closes offices, bills to be paid online

The Electricity Authority announced on Tuesday that its customer service centres will be closed from Wednesday until January 5 to help stop the spread of the coronavirus.

To address the further spread of the pandemic, the EAC said the cabinet had proceeded with additional measures.

Therefore, it said, all EAC customer service centres will remain closed to the public until after January 5.

Until then, customers can receive services either online or by phone.

Bills can be paid online using a credit or debit card, through the EAC website (www.eac.com.cy), via the EAC Mobile App or bank websites.

The call centre 1818 is available to the public for everything related to the accounts of the customers of EAC.
