Yellow weather warning issued for Monday

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for Monday, that will be in place until 4pm.

Storms and rain are forecast to affect the entire island with rainfall reaching 50mm in some places. Showers could last for up to six hours.

The winter’s first snow could also fall on Troodos, as could hail.

A similar weather pattern is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday although it should improve on Wednesday afternoon.
