Altamira real estate offers plots of land from €150

Altamira’s innovative campaign to offer plots of land around Cyprus at special prices is attracting a lot of attention.

In the month since its launch, the campaign has registered impressive figures, with the company attracting more than 200 offers. Today, interested parties can bid for a further 360 plots of land through the company’s website: https://www.altamirarealestate.com.cy/

These will be available at discounted prices until the end of the year.

The company is offering plots of land from €150 in the countryside, urban areas and seaside areas.

Specifically, the majority of cases involve plots that are either farmland or in residential areas and can be put to private or commercial use with high yields. Moreover, there are also properties which can be further divided into smaller plots, used for industrial, residential or tourist projects, but also plots that can be irrigated, farmed, or are in wooded areas with beautiful scenery.

The sales price of the aforementioned plots is safeguarded and bids will only be accepted if they meet or exceed a stated minimum value. Bids below the minimum value will be rejected.
