Where do you live?
London
Best childhood memory?
Visiting Cyprus as a kid to see the grandparents! Their love was powerful!
Most frequented restaurant and absolute favourite dish? What food would you really turn your nose up to?
I love simple organic homegrown food so my favourite restaurants are all humble little restaurants in Ormidia, Cyprus – the village I stay in when I’m there or nearby villages like Sotira where there are a few restaurants my cousins have shown me which I love.
What did you have for breakfast?
Eggs, fruit and a smoothie with the whole supermarket and its mum in there!
Would you class yourself as a day or night person? What’s your idea of the perfect night/day out?
For me, now, good food and a drink with good company in a chilled bar/pub is enough.
Best book ever read?
Wounded by Love by Father Porphirios. I’m not the best example of a Christian but his story is one of courage and great love.
Favourite film of all time?
It has to be Trading Places! I think it’s the funniest film ever and I love comedy.
Favourite holiday destination? What’s your dream trip?
I’ve been almost everywhere now and I never feel at home unless I’m in Cyprus – I find beautiful scenery everywhere but never the combination of scenery, food, faith and good people that the homeland has.
What music are you listening to in the car at the moment?
I like tropical house and Latin music now. Chills me out.
What is always in your fridge?
Broccoli Sprouts thanks to Dr Rhonda Patrick! Look her up to find out why.
Dream house: rural retreat or urban dwelling? Where would it be, what would it be like?
Rural Retreat! I’ve had enough of fast-moving cities! I just want to watch farmers walking the herd home with a sunset background now!
If you could pick anyone at all (alive or dead) to go out for the evening with, who would it be?
Trigger from Only Fools and Horses. One of the funniest characters ever.
If the world is ending in 24 hours what would you do?
Re-watch back to the future and study it in detail.
What is your greatest fear?
Somebody finding the club footage of a younger dumber me confronting myself in a mirror thinking it was someone else refusing to give me way!
Tell me a joke…
What you call a Greek woman with a wobbly leg?.
Suzi!!
