A hidden world of art

An exhibition by painter and installation designer Dimitris Alithinos from Greece called Hysteron, Proteron, Us will open on Wednesday at the Archaeological museum in Limassol.

Fore more than four decades, Alithinos has pushed the boundaries of art and exhibited in solo and group exhibitions in Greece and around the world.

One of his best known works is the 176 Concealments, a series of works hidden around the world consisting of photos, videos and texts. A large scale installation, made with more than 2,000 wall clocks, helps visualise the essential concept of the invisible Concealments series and will be part of his latest exhibition.
