PLUS Properties Cyprus gathers speed with new developments in Larnaca

Tuesday March 27th was a big day for Plus Properties Cyprus. For the occasion, officials; brokers; lawyers, bankers and friends were invited to share in the day’s agenda. Beginning with the official laying down of the foundation stone of their latest developments, Marina Residence – Plus 10, and Plus 11 Residence in the New Marina area, few meters away from the 5-star Radisson Blue Hotel. At just 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from Larnaca City Center, Marina Residence – Plus 10 and Plus 11 Residence are unique high-end projects to be delivered by April 2019.

For the foundation stone ceremony. On behalf of The Mayor, he welcomed Plus properties in Cyprus and expressed his gratitude for the investments made by our company in Larnaca, which has already reached 14 projects. He assured that The Municipality will try to provide any assistance required and that he is looking forward to a smooth cooperation.

 

After the ceremony, guests were escorted to THE PEARL in the touristic area of Mackenzie, to view the advanced stage of construction on this prestigious project. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, THE PEARL is in the heart of the famous Mackenzie area. Its close proximity to the beach and to the airport makes it an excellent investment opportunity for home buyers. Overlooking the area, the view from the 3rd floor is breath-taking, guests have enjoyed the magnificent panorama, extending to the sea.

 

In less than four months, after finishing the underground parking, the project has reached the 3rd floor. It is scheduled for delivery early in 2019 and already 50% of the apartments have been sold.

 

Because of its strategic location, Mackenzie area is in high demand. To cater to this demand, Plus Properties will soon be launching yet another project, Mackenzie Gardens – Plus 18, which will broaden the scope of properties offered to home buyers.
