British beats at Guaba

The summer holidays may sadly be coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean the summer fun is over. And making sure that the beats won’t fade away anytime soon is the Guaba Beach Bar in Limassol.

Kicking off the first event of September will be a performance with English DJs Gareth Emergy – back for another Guaba stint – Ashley Wallbridge and Standerwick.

Emergy started off by playing guitar in a punk band. Once he started spinning records in 2009 that was it, he was hooked on electric dance music. Today he is considered to be one of the most influential and innovative DJs around, with five complication mix CDs to his name and a massive list of concerts all over the world.

Wallbridge is currenting number 118 in DJ Mag’s Top 100 DJs. His debut album, The Inner Me, which was released in 2012, introduced the world to his unique sound and his big room tracks.

Completing the trio on Sunday will be DJ Standerwick, who decided to move from writing rock music to electronic dance music in 2013, and has never let a beat drop since.
