US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State to visit next week

US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Jonathan Cohen will visit Cyprus next week, the American embassy in Nicosia announced on Saturday.

During the visit, from Tuesday to Wednesday, Cohen will have meetings with officials of the republic, Turkish Cypriot leaders, and representatives of the United Nations.

The visit is part of a regular round of consultations on bilateral and regional issues, which includes stops in London, Athens and Thessaloniki.
