CySEC suspends Louis from CSE trading

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission said that it decided to suspend the trading of the share hotel and cruise ship operator Louis Plc at the Cyprus Stock Exchange citing the company’s failure to provide key information to investors.

“CySEC came to the decision because the company does not seem to have complied with its obligation to publish its annual financial report for the year that ended on December 31, 2015 as well as its six-month financial report for the period that ended on June 30, 2016,” the financial market supervisor said in a statement on its website on Monday.

CySEC added that it asked the exchange to maintain suspension in place until Louis complies “the latest by March 31, 2017”.
