More of a good thing

When it comes to DJs, the place to look for any sign if the guy or gal behind the decks is any good is the DJ Magazine. Now, if you look for where Paul Oakenfold has ranked, you will see that he managed to hold the number one spot for two years in a row, for 1998 and 1999.

And the DJ who managed this and who is still going very strong 17-years later – even with a 36-year musical career under his belt – will be rocking the Guaba Beach Bar in Limassol – and you know that if Guaba has them lined-up they must be summer party good.

Considered a legend of electronic music, Oakenfold has managed to shape an entire genre during his three decades on the decks. He started off as, what he likes to call, a “bedroom DJ.” But he didn’t stay in his bedroom for long. He went from playing in a Covent Garden wine bar, to being hired by U2 to be their warm-up man during their Zoo TV world tour.

This was all back in the 90s, the DJ was saving the best for the 2000s when he conquered the American sound waves.

Get ready for the DJ who has played it all, seen it all and is ready to once again give his all to his fans.
