Fire out of control in the north

Fire-fighters in the north are trying to put out a fire that is raging put of control in Panagra.

According to reports, the fire broke out at around 7pm, and by 9pm it had spread to the west of the water reservoir in Panagra. The fire, reports said, was caused by an explosion in a transformer at the water refining and distribution station in Panagra.

There are concerns because the fire has spread to areas that are hard to reach by the firefighting crews.
