A baby show – one more time

Babies and the task of how to bring them up don’t come with manuals – unfortunately – and although there are lots of books on the matter, anyone getting ready to have a baby, who already has a child or who is planning on christening a baby needs all the help they can get.

And help is on its way in the form of the Baby Show exhibition, which will be taking place this weekend at Hilton Park in Nicosia.

May, the popular month for christenings, is quickening on our heels. Parents and godparents-to-be should be entering the swing of organising the first big event for their babies. To save you the hassle of visiting baby-wear shops, confectionary shops, reception halls and shops selling everything else you may need for the celebration, make one stop and get all the information you need.

At the exhibition you will be able to see a range of all you need for the baby’s big day so you can get a feel for the theme you want to follow, while also comparing prices. Plus, one lucky baby will win a full package of what will be needed for his or her christening day.

For those soon to be parents who are not at the christening phase just yet, and for those who have passed it and are bringing up children, the exhibition will provide you with the chance to see and hear all about baby products and services.

Exhibits will range from event planning products, garments, feeding and nursery products, toys, prams and furniture, food and health care products, early-education, photograph services and much more.

But it is not all about buying products and planning a christening, visitors will also have the chance to hear from a selection of leading baby and childcare experts.

And if you are worrying about finding a baby-sitter to look after your little ones while you go to the exhibition, don’t, there will also be lots for the children to get up to.

The Baby Show will also run in Limassol on March 19-20.
