G3 and hunting gun stolen

Police are investigating the theft of a G3 rifle and a hunting gun from a Paphos home in Konia, it emerged on Saturday.

A day earlier, the home owner, a reservist, reported to police his house had been broken into.

Officers on the scene found the culprits entered through a window the owner left open and left the same way.

Evidence from the scene is being evaluated while investigations continue.
