Living better

By Maria Gregoriou

It is that time of year again when we have the chance to concentrate on making our way of life better at the Mind, Body and Spirit Festival, which will run on the weekend of November 7-8.

The Limassol crowd had its chance to get to know how to live better, and now the capital can get in on the ways that the mind, the body and the spirit can be cared for.

As winter seems to be creeping into our lives, and we tend to stay home more, this is a great time to think more about ourselves and plan how we can better our lifestyles.

The weekend is jam-packed with lectures, classes and workshops dedicated to inspire and hand us practical tools to enhance our quality of life. You get to do some yoga, find out what the Diamond Approach is and the benefits of permaculture, do some African dancing and much, much more.

If you have been to one of the previous festivals, you will know that it attracts a wide range of exhibitors who are dedicated to helping each of us rid ourselves of stress, live a more productive life and explore our physical and mental health.

This year the exhibitors will exceed 100, and each one will introduce us to their products and also tell us all about their services.

But that is not all, you can also find out what the future holds by booking a psychic reading, pamper yourself, join some free meditation and yoga sessions and also try some delicious health foods.

So get researching what you can do at http://www.mbscyprus.com/, and get your mind, body and spirit ready to relax.
