Escape to a magical place

By Maria Gregoriou

On Sunday take the kids to a magical paradise via the theatre as the stage of The Little Worry People art and drama studio will open up to let them into a magical place with a performance of Tarabouska, Would you Like a Place in my Heart?

The story, which unfolds during the meeting of two people but this time it is at an airport, is one of adventure that shows the true meaning of friendship and the love that two people can share.

The performance will be mostly conducted as pantomime and its main character is a young man who leaves home and sets off for a magical land in search of true love.

On his way he learns how to be more accepting, how significant friendship can be, and how importance patience and persistence are to achieving goals.

These lessons and the magical trip towards love will be brought to the stage by well-known Danish director Torkild Lindebjerg.

The play is suitable for all ages – even some adults will find the excitement of a magical adventure alluring – and it gives us all a spoon full of optimism to help us consider the notion that love really could conquer everything.
