BOC’s September ELA at €4.5bn

Bank of Cyprus’s outstanding emergency liquidity was in September closer to €4.5bn than €4.9bn reported yesterday, a bank of Cyprus source said.

The figure given by the Bank of Cyprus, whose source was commenting on condition of anonymity, is in line with a similar reference included in a finance ministry document obtained by the Cyprus Business Mail. The document included a presentation for roadshows abroad, ahead of Cyprus’s next bond issue.
